Bigger resolutions are addapted to my screen resolution

Always, when I want to resize the window to one of the bigger resolutions (bigger than my screen resolution), it resizes only to the screen resolution.

For example: I want to see my webpage project working on the 1680x1050 resolution, but if I want to resize it, the screen resizes only to the 1378x780 (my screen resolution is 1366x768). All resolutions bigger than 1378x780 always resizes only to this resolution and no more.

I have Google Chrome 29.0.1547.62 (latest stable) with default settings on Windows 7 (completely updated). It is on the notebook (screen 15,6'' and max 1366x768). I remember, that my PC (about two years ago) resized the window perfectly, but on my new laptop it has this bug. (Sorry for bad english)

This is automatically done by Chrome or the OS (not sure about which one is responsible, but I am sure this can't be overridden from an extension).

I'm sorry!
