This is more of a business suggestion - your app/plugin is working great.
Since I was unaware of what people thought about your servey, like most people, I'm guessing, my suggestion is to keep a positive tone in the first part of the message, and address the others below. It's easy to be distracted by a few loud mouths.
Also, since I don't use the plug in often, your message (or the way it was presented by Google Chrome), didn't mention the name of your product, so it looks like it's up to you to remind people, in your message what the app is.
