Latest version (2.7.0.2169) sometimes resizes the wrong window

System: Mac, macOS Sonoma Version 14.3

Chrome: Version 126.0.6478.127

Reproduction steps:

1. Open chrome
2. Open at least one other tab
3. Drag at least one tab to another window on another screen
4. Make the new window enter full screen mode
5. Focus the original window
6. Attempt to use the resizer to resize the original window
7. [BUG] Observe that the window on the other screen resizes instead of the focused window
   1. [EXPECTED] only the focused window resizes

I'm not sure how much of it is to do with being on another screen / using full screen mode. This was working just fine in the previous version.
