When I'm using multiple chrome windows, resizing feature is quite often resize another window

I use WIndows 10 and Chrome.

I'm always using 2 or 3 chrome windows.

But when I apply resizing feature in the window, it doesn't resize the window and resize another window.

If I want to resize specific window, before applying resizing feature, I must drag and move that window. Then that window is resized.

This problem has been going on for quite some time and has been getting worse recently.
