cycle presets hotkeys doesn't make any sense

Hi

I am having some troubles with the cycle presets shortcut.

I have right now 14 presets, as there is only 10 shortcut for 10 presets, I wanted to use the cycle presets to for example hit the shortcut  for the preset 10, and then using the cycle preset to move to 11 12 13 14

but when I hit the hotkey for preset 10, and then I press the shortcut to go to the next, it just doesn't go to the 11, just uses a random one that is not what should be, meaning the next one in the list.

Is there any way to make it work in a logical manner? is this a bug? is this intended and I'm an idiot who doesn't understand another logical way of cycling presets?
