How to configure shortcuts for a Resize to preset 1?

Is there any video as configure button redirects to the Chrome modifications but without defined shortcut.

Yess possible, NO video bc not needed. Shortcuts are found under "Hotkeys" on main Settings page.
To get there, click Settings Gear in the pop-up, or navifate to it thru the Chrome Extensions manager.
Left side of Settings page should say (top>bottom) Settings, Presets, Hotkeys, Sync, (About)
Presets to edit presets, Hotkeys to program a shortcut for each/all preset(s).
Shortcut for toggle all of them set by default. (Alt+SHFT+Down arrow)
You can make up to !0 Presets and Hotkeys/shortcuts.
