Browser Resizing Tool Tip.
In the previous version, the browser resizing tool tip would only appear in the bottom right corner of my browser window when I changed the size of my browser window. Now it pops up constantly, even when I'm not changing the size of the browser. It's driving me bonkers. Help?

Someone else reported this issue so I am aware of the problem and I already fixed it yesterday. :)
