Chrome 50.0.2661.102 on OS X 10.11.5 Resizes Wrong Window

When I'm using multiple browser windows on Chrome, only 1 browser window is ever resized. (I'm using the beta plugin.) It doesn't matter which of the browser windows I'm attempting to resize, as the same, single window is resized.
