Currently using a laptop w/ i7, 16 GB RAM, SSD, and Nvidia 730m card. Chrome version 54.0.2840.99.
The resizer just isn't working, plain and simple. It seems to be hitting the target ratio but it's completely missing the target resolution. I'm attempting a custom viewport resolution of 1280 X 918. So far it has output resolutions in excess of that, but they are almost always different. 1722 X 902, 1722 X 871, 1522 X 815, and other permutations. It frequently settles on 1722 wide by 902 high, with variances all over the place.
All of the other presets, and a few custom ones I tried just in case, all have the same problem, and all of them are larger than the specified dimension.
No, I am not zoomed at all, the window is at 100%.
THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
- Logging in with a different Chrome account
- Clearing the cache
- Disabling all other extensions
- Using Chrome Canary
- Double and triple-checking my monitors. I have three dell 1080p monitors. Both of them (and my laptop screen) are set to 1920 X 1080.
- Disconnecting my laptop from its dock and using only the laptop screen
I'm at a loss here. May just go back to manually resizing around a Jing window.
