Using Chrome on windows 10 -  I move the mouse to select a screen size and it selects a different option than the one I am pointing at. I cannot get to the menu on the right side either.

For others struggling with this, its a windows 10 and chrome scaling issue -- here is a fix

  • On Windows 10, go to Settings > System > Display and drag the slider underneath "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" so that it reads 100%.
