Specify 100% height for set widths?
Is there a way to tell the resizer to use a specific width but use 100% height?

Sorry, but no, it's not possible. It would only work on single monitor setups, producing unreliable result for people that have more than one monitor, because there is no way to determine the layout of the monitors and the maximum height of the current monitor.
