a 1024 Viewport vs. a 1024 Window are markedly different in appearance on my desktop. Now I am questioning my whole existence because I did all these tests well over a decade ago. I have always used Window dimensions, not Viewport because at full screen, a 1024px Viewport would push the browser window border off a 1024 screen resolution. Am I out of my mind?
