Extension freezes when using two displays

How do you resize your browser to one-quarter size

Needs to be clicked two or three times before it will pop up its settings window.

Seems to be broken in Chrome 64 (beta)

Can't save any preferences on one machine

Option to set position on page. Automatically scroll to specific spot on the page

i have been unable to figure out how to get resizer to show me the present viewport and browswer dimensions?
