When resizing (window) to 420x680 it actually resizes to 500x560?

When using the extension in Chrome and specifying a window size of 420x680 it resizes to a wrong size

I'm on a Mac, so YMMV, but for quite some time, it appears that Chrome limits the minimum width of a normal browser window to 500px.

It is possible to open a narrower window, as demonstrated here: https://www.brianshim.com/webtricks/chrome-browser-window-that-you-can-make-narrow/
