Condensed Extension List prevents resizing

I frequently use my browser with a width of 500 pixels, which forces the window resizer to be hidden under the chrome kebab menu:

But when I go to select a resolution, I can't.

Instead, Chrome uses whatever the mouse is over in the normal kebab menu.
