This shouldn't be a problem anymore in the new version 2 (currently on Beta).

Hotkeys have been implemented a really long time ago, but this ticket never got updated.

That is a nice idea but it's a radical departure from the way the extension currently works and the way the current user base (500,000+ users) expects it to work. Also, implementing it as an option would add too much complexity to the extension, overweighting its benefits.

The new version 2 adds a new tool in the extension's popup which allows you to open a page in a chrome-less window, removing this way the minimum width/height restrictions.

Those restrictions can also be bypassed by zooming in the page.

This has been implemented some time ago, but this ticket never got updated...

Should be fixed in version 2.

The new version 2 uses SVG icons that should scale nicely on high density displays. It also uses by default a monochrome (grey) icon that matches the default Chrome theme.
