Feature request: Set initial size for new windows

Thanks for a good extension.

One feature request though:

Either this option:

Open all new widows centered by default

Or this option:

Open all new windows using this preset: <select a preset from the list>

The problem I want to solve is that my Chrome often open new windows in the bottom right corner. I only see a few pixels of the window (its top left corner), only showing like half the first window button. The rest of the 99.9% of the window is off-screen.

Before I found your extension, I had to very very exactly point, click, hold and drag the mouse pointer on a pixel right between the window border and its button. That's the only place where I could drag the window back into the screen (click on border = resize, click on button = menu).

Now with your extension, all I need to do is to make sure the window has focus, and then press the hotkey I've configured for a preset, and now the window is centered on screen (and possibly resized). Nice!

The only thing missing is for Chrome to do this automatically for all new windows. Hence this feature request.
